Shipping Information LoveToGive.net utilizes several warehouses across the United States to warehouse its products. Our points of distribution include Pennsylvania, Tennessee and Florida. As such, products that you order may be shipped from multiple locations. Depending on the shipping option you choose, your package(s) will arrive in 2-14 business days (Refer to information at checkout for details on the options).
Local Pickup Option A local pickup option is available to customers when their order ONLY contains products from our Handcrafted Wood, Jewelry and/or LoveToGive.net Hats categories. During checkout the customer will indicate in the comments box how when they would like to pickup the products from our Ephrata, PA location.
Exchange Policy LoveToGive.net store transactions result in donations which must subsequently be paid to the cause-related organization which our store supports. When you purchase a product from LoveToGive.net, you are contributing to the fundraising efforts of your selected organization or cause; accordingly, if an item is returned the amount of credit that is issued to the customer will be less the donation amount of the transaction. However, we will issue a full refund if the reason for the return complies with one of the following conditions: (1) a customer receives a damaged or defective product, or (2) a customer receives the wrong product and that product remains unopened in its original packaging.
In the event you receive a damaged/defective product, or the wrong product, you must return the product within 10 days of receipt.
When you return an item you may elect to have a replacement sent to you, or request a refund. The customer will pay to have the product(s) shipped back to Love To Give, unless the return is the result of one of the 2 conditions stated above.
In order to complete the return you must first obtain an Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number by emailing customerservice@lovetogive.net with your name, address, order number, shipment number, the product title(s) or name(s), and a brief description of the problem. Love To Give will then issue you the RMA number and give you detailed instruction on where and how you are to return the item.
